Since participating in a humanitarian mission in Toluca, Mexico in 2015, Dr. Demars has been invested in serving communities, both locally and internationally. She loves being part of Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center, where Dr. Rudden, along with several other Colorado private-practice owners, developed a nonprofit organization called Hearing the Call – Colorado. It is designed to provide access to quality and affordable hearing healthcare at a local community level. Dr. Demars is proud to be part of a practice whose values align with her own: kindness, giving, and best practices in patient care.
Dr. Demars loves being back in the Rocky Mountains! Outside the office, she loves hiking with her fiancé and their dog, crocheting, and searching for the perfect latte. She is open to any and all book recommendations!
Tricia is an outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about helping her community. After receiving her Master’s degrees back east, jumping into her career, and climbing corporate ladders, she had to get the hectic New York lifestyle out of her system. That’s when she headed west and decided to call Colorado home. Though she hasn’t looked back since, Tricia does miss having the ocean close by! The good news is, the lifestyle here has served as a worthy replacement. She’s a runner, cyclist, yoga practitioner and instructor, and avid gardener—whatever she can do to get outside and be active in the sunshine.
Though Tricia spends most of her office time working behind the scenes, it’s her diligence and attentiveness that ensures you have a smooth office visit. Tricia works with insurance providers, manages all the billing, updates our website, and perfects our patient-facing materials so they’re easy to use and understand. Tricia keeps our office running, so the rest of us can focus on providing exceptional patient care.
When she’s not in the office or reveling in the outdoors, you’ll find Tricia spending quality time with her sweet dog, Nitro, or relaxing at one of Longmont’s many breweries, enjoying a local craft beer.
Christen has been a part of the Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center family for over two years now. She started as our Patient Experience Coordinator, and even as she moved to Ohio with her husband and new baby girl, we knew we couldn’t let her go! She has now transitioned into her new role as our Remote Marketing and Social Media Specialist and we couldn’t be happier. That means you’ll still hear from her – through our monthly newsletter and on social platforms!
Christen came to us with an exhaustive list of skills she accumulated from her diverse work history. Her eight years in the foodservice industry imbued her with a passion for customer service and for providing the best experience possible. Her Public Relations internship gave her extensive training in advertising, marketing, social media design, copywriting, and even some event planning! None of this would have been possible without her robust academic background, a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations, and an Associate’s degree in Art. These all work together to make Christen the focused, determined, and reliable person that she is.
When she’s not working, Christen and her family enjoy hiking, traveling, and making everyday errands an adventure. Though Christen misses the majesty of the Colorado mountains, she’s been enjoying her continued exploration of Ohio’s expansive plains, hills, and history. A lot has changed since Christen first started with us, but she’s happy to continue to be a contributing member of our team from another state, and we couldn’t agree more!
Morgan is excited to be joining the LHTC team and to continue working in a field she adores. She loves coming to work every day and working with people who are just as passionate about helping others as she is. She believes hearing is an integral part of staying connected to the world around us and is happy to be part of the better-hearing journey. Morgan enjoys discovering how hearing care has made a difference in her patient’s lives. She brings just over a year of Audiology experience with her and has 6+ years of customer service experience. She’s looking forward to gaining more expertise in the field to better serve her community.
Morgan is from Thornton, CO, and just recently moved to Milliken, CO with her husband and 2 cats. In her free time, she loves boating at the lake, water skiing, and camping. She also loves to travel and has visited gorgeous places like Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Barbados. She has a lifetime goal of visiting as many states as she can, and has plans to check Texas off the list next year. When she’s not at the beach or traveling, Morgan enjoys movie marathons and can’t wait for all the new Marvel movies coming out this year!
Nitro is our 5-year-old whippet. He loves to sleep most of the day.
