Our Basic Clean and Check ensures your hearing aids stay in great working condition. Our team carefully inspects and cleans all essential parts

Why Do I Need a Basic Clean and Check Service?

Regular maintenance keeps your hearing aids performing at their best. Our Basic Clean and Check removes dirt, wax, and moisture build-up, preventing sound issues and extending the life of your devices. A quick tune-up ensures you hear clearly and comfortably every day!

What Happens if My Device Fails the Basic Clean and Check Service?

If your device needs to be sent for repair to the manufacturer under warranty, a Hearing Aid Liaison and Management Service is $65 will cover the cost of retesting the electroacoustic analysis, reprogramming your devices to previous settings, and repairing their connection to your smartphone.

Are you a VIP member?

Basic Clean and Checks are available to you with your VIP membership at no charge, and are recommended quarterly - every 3 months


The Hearing Aid Liaison and Management Service is included, and we’ll handle all in-warranty repairs at no extra charge and provide loaner devices to keep you connected. We manage all paperwork, shipping, and communication with the manufacturer.


Once your device is returned and passes our quality check, we’ll schedule a time for you to pick it up and get it paired with your other devices.
