Imagine my surprise when I saw that I was nominated for making a positive difference in your lives! I felt deeply honored and humbled.  

Every day in my practice, I have the privilege of meeting people facing the challenging realities of hearing loss and tinnitus, and my goal is always to listen, to understand, and to help you regain comfort and confidence in your hearing health. 

Hearing that my work “helped me get over one of the worst things in my life – ringing ears” reminds me how important it is for you to feel truly heard and supported throughout your journey.  

I am grateful for each opportunity to answer your questions, explain your treatment options, and ensure you have everything you need to make decisions about your care. 

One of you shared that “Dr. Rudden is by far the best doctor I have been treated by in my nearly nine decades of life. She speaks clearly. She never rushes, she answers questions completely and makes sure you understood her.”  

Your kindness reinforced why I dedicate extra time and care to every visit. You deserve clarity, compassion, and thorough communication, because your comfort and trust are always at the heart of what I do! 

Healthcare Is a Team Effort 

We extend our sincere thanks to these physicians and to all the dedicated healthcare professionals who care for our neighbors every day.  

Strong partnerships between patients, primary care providers, specialists, and allied health professionals help create a healthier community for everyone, and we are honored to be a part of that team. 

One of the most memorable parts of this project was presenting these awards in person! In every office, the support staff managed to keep the recognition a complete surprise, making each presentation especially meaningful.  

It was just as much fun to watch the physicians' teams eagerly anticipate their reactions as it was to present the awards themselves. 

Dr. Eric Traister was humbled by the recognition and sincerely thanked the patients who took the time to nominate him.  

Dr. Rebecca Myers spoke warmly about how much she loves caring for her patients. In fact, on the day we visited, she happened to be wearing a FIFA World Cup jersey given to her by one of her patients, a fitting reminder of the meaningful relationships she has built over the years. 

Dr. Holly Lewis expressed her appreciation for the kind words but immediately turned the spotlight to her team, inviting her assistants and staff to join her in the photo because, as she shared, it takes the entire team to provide exceptional patient care! 

Dr. Matthew Gleaton was genuinely surprised to receive the award, making for a heartfelt and memorable moment. 

Their reactions beautifully reflected the humility, gratitude, and genuine love for their patients that came through in the nominations. They also reminded us that outstanding healthcare is never the work of one person alone.  

Behind every exceptional physician is a dedicated team of nurses, medical assistants, front office professionals, and support staff who help patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported every day.
